I have known Ketan and Sheila Shah for nearly 15 years.
During that time they have come to our flat and trained us both up to 3 times a week and we have become very much fitter!
I have enjoyed the variety of training that they both offer from gentle Pilate exercises during the periods when we were unwell, through increasingly rigorous boxing, and step exercises, and using weights, up to a full body work out that leaves you gasping...and all, in our case, in the privacy of our own home.
There are not many people one choses to see at 6.30am on a regular basis but Ketan and Sheila became an essential part of our lives and provided the vital healthy exercise component that enabled the other parts of our lives to work. Ketan also is a wonderful sports therapists, with the strongest thumbs I have ever encountered and he has been wonderfully helpful in reducing my husband's muscle pain.
I like them both enormously and would recommend them wholeheardedly.
